VALEMOUNT OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN & ZONING BYLAW

Valemount is a BC Resort Municipality on the north end of Kinbasket Lake. A community in transition, that is in need of a clear community vision, and policy and zoning guidelines to help it manage the roller coaster growth cycle that tends to occur in other Resort Communities in BC. The team began the project with in person visits and engagement. As COVID began to affect engagement methods, the team shifted to hybrid online and in-person (outside) engagement.
